When a musician combines chords, rhythms, and harmonies, the result taps into something deep inside us.
Music has the ability to bring us all closer together—to make us feel more free and alive. So does great whiskey.
This is more than just distilled corn, rye, and barley. This is music in a bottle.
70% white corn
5% Malted barley
The sweetness of chef-grade white corn—the same kind used in Austin’s famous tortillas—complements the spiciness of our high-rye mash bill.
“I'm hooked on the spice from the rye, alongside the hints of brown sugar, caramel, and toffee. The smooth, lasting lingering finish is bliss.”
“A healthy bit of caramel with some vanilla in the background. But that's not what makes this interesting...”
“You know that pink bunny in the battery commercials? The finish on this just kept going and going and going.”
“A Clint Eastwood/John Wayne western film in a glass.”
No one said making whiskey was easy. But we decided to make it about as difficult as possible, because dammit, we like a challenge.Buy now
