I would say that photography gets overlooked, especially nowadays. Photography isn’t easy if you really know what you’re doing.

First, you must sell your soul. Then patience, dedication and consistency.

4. What makes Texas barbecue special?

Brisket. It’s one of the hardest meats to cook.

5. What would you like to see more of in the Austin culinary scene?

More Asian food!!!!!!

6. If you could eat one meal right now from anywhere in the world, what would it be?

It would be Dim Sum at the Four Seasons in Hong Kong. Hands down. Amazing.
