Content Creator
We are seeking a talented and experienced photo and video Content Creator to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating high-quality photo and video content that aligns with our brand’s aesthetic and goals. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fun industry alongside a very talented and motivated team of professionals dedicated to building the most successful Texas whiskey brand ever. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop a content strategy that aligns with our brand vision and goals
- Create high-quality photo and video content for our website, social media platforms, and other marketing channels
- Edit and post-produce all content to ensure it meets our brand standards
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and techniques to enhance the quality of our content
- Manage and organize all content files to ensure they are easily accessible
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- At least 2 years of experience as a photo and video content creator
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
- Strong understanding of photography and videography techniques
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
- Experience with TikTok and/or Instagram Reels is a HUGE plus.
- Capture real-time and event content (video and photography) from industry and our own hosted events
- Proven experience in creating content for social media channels. Content samples are required with the application.
- Strong understanding of short-form social media video content

Merchandising Associate
We are seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team at a Texas Whiskey brand. The
ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the off-premise chain market and will be
responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key accounts in order to increase
visibility and sales of our products. The Merchandiser will be responsible for ensuring that our
brand is properly represented on shelves, in displays, and in promotional materials, and will
work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that
drive sales and revenue growth. Daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key off-premise chain accounts in the Texas
market. - Ensure that our brand is properly represented on shelves, in displays, and in
promotional materials at all times. - Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that
drive sales and revenue growth. - Conduct regular store visits to check product placement, merchandising, pricing, and
promotional activity. - Collaborate with store managers to negotiate optimal placement, promotions, and
inventory levels. - Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and
improvement. - Track and report on performance metrics such as sales volume, distribution, pricing, and
market share. - Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to alcohol sales and
marketing.
Required Competencies
- 2+ years of experience in merchandising or sales within the off-premise chain market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to alcohol sales and marketing.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel within Texas regularly.

Salary: $50,000-60,000
Packaging Associate
Packaging Associates are responsible for miscellaneous labor functions to maintain operations of the packaging facility in compliance with all standard operating procedures; safety and quality, to efficiently manufacture products. Daily responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Fill in for various positions on the line (training will be provided)
- Assist in line changeovers as needed
- Assist the Team Lead with troubleshooting equipment issues
- Support the In-line bottler including keeping the line supplied with raw materials, clearing out jams, stacking and unstacking finished case goods, inspecting product, and performing rework as necessary
- Support the Rotary line bottler including keeping the line supplied with raw materials, clearing out jams, stacking and unstacking finished case goods, inspecting product, and performing rework as necessary
- Complete off-line assignments as directed by the Team Lead
- Operates equipment in a safety-first manner
- Monitor and report any safety concerns including work related injuries, etc.
- Housekeeping throughout the facility
- Abide by all EPA and OSHA regulations
Responsibilities may lead to
- Batching client products
- Blending various whiskey or gin products
- Development of in-house and client products
Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Have strong mechanical skills
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages)
- Valid driver’s license
- Previous industrial experience (ex. car part manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, industrial warehouse, or food and beverage industry)
Required Competencies
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to stand for 7-8 hours per day, can lift items up to 50 lbs., and perform functions at a significant work pace to meet deadlines as established.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate all levels of employees/staff/vendors/visitors.
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain flexibility, as necessary.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must have strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- Ability to complete paperwork and/or production boards associated with this position
