Coincidentally, November 23rd is the same day that the Texas Longhorns take on the Kentucky Wildcats at Austin’s own DKR Stadium. As the Official Corporate Partner of Texas Athletics, all of us here at Still Austin think that Kentucky Fill Up Day seems like a great way to commemorate the first TX v. KY matchup since 1951. With any luck, we’ll help ignite a new rivalry in the name of state spirit superiority as we look to dethrone the undisputed bourbon champions from Kentucky.

We’ve heard all your excuses as to why you won’t try our Texas whiskey: Too young, too pricey, you dont think a woman’s place is on the front of a whiskey bottle, you can only make real Bourbon in Kentucky (guys… just use the Google for once), yadda, yadda, yadda- We’re making it easy for you to get over yourself and get some great bourbon, no excuses necessary.

Come to our distillery at 440 E St. Elmo Rd., Building F. There will be signs. There will be staff. You’ll know what to do.
The Tasting Room will be open at 11:00 AM for all your cocktail needs. If we hit capacity in the Tasting Room, we will move to a 1-in 1-out format just like any other bar.
It will be customized with our label. That’s what we’ve been talking about this whole time.
